Pacific whites are the most widely cultivated shrimp in the world due to their rapid growth rate and harvest after 120 days. They are firm, sweet, and mild, lending nicely to many different dishes and cooking methods.
Pacific White Shrimp can be boiled, broiled, grilled, sautéed, or steamed, but be careful not to overcook the shrimp or they will toughen.
